Logistics & digital chain of custody

From origin warehouse to destination retail, every custody handover is a trust event. The digital chain of custody makes those events verifiable.

The custody sequence

  • Origin warehouse receiving with identity and condition checks.
  • Storage and handling assurance with monitored conditions.
  • Dispatch with complete transport documentation.
  • Vehicle, container and electronic seal records.
  • Port handling, export and destination customs events.
  • Destination warehousing, distributor and retailer custody.

The Sinotrans collaboration track

GHSCL maintains a logistics collaboration track with Sinotrans as part of its corridor development. This is presented as a collaboration track under development: no executed exclusive agreement, operational deployment or commercial endorsement is implied, and no Sinotrans logo or branding is used on this website.

Exceptions on the move

Seal discrepancies, route anomalies and condition excursions trigger defined exception handling: holds, quarantines and, where needed, formal dispute processes. Unexplained custody gaps are treated as findings, not rounding errors.
