Importers, distributors & retailers

Destination-market participants complete the corridor. Their receiving, custody and listing decisions determine whether origin assurance survives to the shelf.

For importers

Importers receive consignments with connected evidence: shipment identity, seal records, customs events and inspection outcomes. Receiving verification checks identity, seals and documentation; release eligibility reflects the destination market’s import requirements.

For distributors

  • Custody transfers recorded as digital events.
  • Inventory traceability maintained to retail points.
  • Exceptions routed through defined pathways rather than improvised.

For retail chains

Retailers list products whose trust records support listing eligibility, and delist stock whose assurance state has expired, been suspended or been recalled. Listing becomes a defensible decision, not a gamble.

Joining the ecosystem

Destination-market participation begins through the corporate enquiries channel, with the same evidence discipline applied as at origin.
